Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (48 hours) after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

U.S. Shipping

  • Shipping within the United States typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on location and carrier performance.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or an equivalent carrier, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

  • International orders typically take 6–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or other delays outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Tracking & Delivery

  • All orders include a tracking number once shipped.

  • You may request to have your package held at a USPS location after shipment if you will not be available for delivery.

  • Orders totaling $100 or more may require a signature upon delivery.

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors

  • Contacting your local post office

  • Filing a claim directly with the carrier
