Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Spiritual Essence & Blessings Co. We take pride in offering thoughtfully crafted, small-batch products. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to scent preference, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will issue a replacement or refund if:

You received the incorrect item, or
Your order arrived damaged or defective

To qualify:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Email se@spiritualessenceandblessings.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the shipping box and packing materials (if applicable)

Once approved, a replacement or refund will be issued based on availability and the nature of the issue.
Returned items are not required.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

Normal variations inherent in handmade products
Scent preference or fragrance strength
Improper use, burning, or storage after delivery
Orders reported outside the 48-hour reporting window

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact Spiritual Essence & Blessings Co. directly to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks filed without prior communication—particularly those that contradict this clearly stated policy—may be disputed with the payment processor and supporting documentation, including order confirmation, delivery verification, and this policy.

Filing a chargeback does not negate or override this policy.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
